OriginPredominant West African cocoa beans Cocoa beans are cleaned, winnowed (de-shelled) alkalized/not alkalized and roasted (sterilized), grind into cocoa mass, then pressed to separate the cocoa butter from the cocoa solids (cake). The
Process description:remaining cocoa cake is grinded and pulverized to an acceptable particle size. The cocoa powder is then sieved passed magnets or metaldetection, packed and stored under proper storage conditons.
